Join the Smart Intervention Revolution

Our training process is a six-week course called Smart Reading Intervention Mastery.

Each week you will join us for a 45-minute interactive training session online. If you are thinking of catching up on some homework-marking while listening, it is not the course for you! 

And you will be expected to implement this knowledge week by week during the course. Knowledge only becomes embedded through use.

Content

The course will help you understand and fix different problems you are actually seeing in your classes. These will be patterns like the following:

• Good word reading, but poor comprehension
• Feeling overwhelmed by a whole page of text
• Weak decoding despite years of phonics instruction
• Consistent guessing with short, common words
• Anxiety, leading to a shutdown when trying to read

We have routinely had highly experienced literacy experts attend the course and leave astonished by what they have learned. Some of these patterns have instant solutions, once you understand the underlying cause.

Cost

The course is normally £350, but right now we have charitable funding to allow us to offer you an 80% discount. So you can build your understanding for just £70.
